1. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based applications using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Tekton, or Spinnaker.
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux to enable automated and reliable deployments in Kubernetes environments.
• Define branching strategies, release management processes, and automated rollback mechanisms to ensure stable and efficient software delivery.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters across both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Configure Kubernetes infrastructure using tools such as kubeadm, k3s, Rancher, or kops, while implementing Helm charts, Kustomize, RBAC, network policies, and resource management.
• Integrate service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd to enhance service communication, security, and observability.
• Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, CloudFront, and ALB/NLB.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK for scalable and automated infrastructure provisioning.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices by embedding security tools within CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, container image scanning, and IaC scanning.
• Implement security and compliance controls using tools such as SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Snyk, Trivy, Checkov, Aqua Security, or Prisma Cloud.
• Manage secrets and encryption using HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager while supporting security frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, SOC2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Establish robust monitoring and observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry.
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident reviews to improve system reliability and operational performance.
• Automate operational tasks and configuration management using Bash, Python, Go, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 7–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering, including at least 3 years of DevSecOps experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services and designing scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of application security, container security, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Experience working with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms for production environments.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration and automation scripting using Bash, Python, or Go.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities in complex distributed systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise or telecom environments.
• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or security certifications.

3. You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Architect and manage secure, scalable, and automated DevOps platforms for modern cloud-native applications.
• Implement secure DevSecOps pipelines that integrate security testing and compliance checks into the development lifecycle.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Optimize infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and cost management strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Identify system risks, vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks and implement proactive remediation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment automation, security posture, and platform reliability.
